Sound Healing
Sound healing uses sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing. Individual sessions can include bowls and tuning forks on the body, vibrational drum, and individualized protocols specific to your needs.

Yoga
Yoga is a Sanskrit word translated as “yoke” or “union.” To yoke means to draw together, to bind together or to unite. An ancient system of physical, mental and spiritual practices that include breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chanting, and other meditation methods.
With a focus on private sessions, this allows for a more individualized approach to healing through the practice of asana, pranayama, dhyana, mudra, and nada (sound).

Sound Baths
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that ‘bathes’ people. Benefits may include increased relaxation, lowered heart rate, decreased blood pressure, less stress, and less fatigue.
